Our smoked salmon filets are variable in size so we invoice them separately. Packs range from .55 to .8 pounds and cost $31/pound. Avi travels to Ekkuk Bay in Alaska every summer, ships back his catch, and smokes his salmon himself at his home in Baltimore. The only ingredients that he uses are organic sea salt and the wood that he chips for his smoker.
