Avi Friedman lives in Baltimore, but owns and operates a small salmon fishery in Alaska every summer.  We buy his whole salmon for ourselves, and now we offer them as well to our customers.  Avi's salmon come without head, tails, or innards, but they DO have scales and ARE NOT filleted.  Salmon are 3-5 pound each, and cost $13  per pound.

Because the weights are so variable, we invoice for salmon separately.
