Our smoked beef hot dogs are several steps up from a ballpark frank in flavor, but just as easy to get to the table. Simply thaw and heat—they are already smoked so are safe to eat. Please note that while the meat in the ‘dogs is 100% our grass-fed beef, we did include a small amount of our pork fat, to get the fat content exactly right.
