Backs and necks are a by product when we cut up a chicken for parts.  They make amazing stock (skim the fat and save it for matzah ball soup!)  Order backs and necks if you want to make a full pot of stock.  If you only want a little, try the packages of necks alone.  

Also awesome for dogs on a raw food diet.  Roughly 4 pounds per pack.
